BrainSweep is developed by Dwayne Riner, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use the BrainSweep mobile application (the "App").

Information We Collect

BrainSweep is designed with your privacy in mind. Here's what we collect:

All of your data — rooms, tasks, cleaning history, settings, and preferences — is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via Apple's iCloud service.

iCloud Sync

If you have iCloud enabled on your device, BrainSweep uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across your Apple devices. This data is stored in your private iCloud account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

No Accounts or Authentication

BrainSweep does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in. There is no user authentication system.

No Analytics or Tracking

BrainSweep does not include any analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party services that collect usage data. We do not track how you use the App.

No Third-Party Services

BrainSweep does not integrate with any third-party services, advertising networks, or data brokers. The only external service used is Apple's CloudKit for optional device sync.

In-App Purchases

BrainSweep offers a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information. All purchase transactions are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

BrainSweep is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children, as the App does not collect any personal information from any user.

Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud account, you have full control over your data. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data. iCloud data can be managed through your Apple ID settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
